Excellent shisha with the option for natural tobacco and real coals. A lovely atmosphere inside with friendly staff and happy clients. You can spend hours here without realizing it's so pleasant.

We had a very very positive experience here. The place is really nice and it has a great vibe- I really enjoyed the outdoor seating. One of the only places that gives real coals (they real coal sheesha is called Kaloud and they are euro 16). The server was so sweet and for the longest time, even though she was the only one, she was super attentive and helpful. The sheesha was really good. The bruschetta and first seemed expensive at 13 euro, but it's a good sized portion, and comes with a good salad on the side - a perfect dinner for one. I got the veggie bruschetta and was very satisfied with my meal. We drove a good distance to come to this place and we were super happy with our experience!!!

My wife and I were traveling in Paris and are avid hookah smokers. We were looking for a nice place to smoke a hookah and came across Alchimie. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier, speaking English and making us feel completely welcome. We drank a lot of orangina and smoked a lot of hookah. We came back night after night and hung out with the patrons an the staff.

If you enjoy hookah and good company at reasonable prices, I highly recommend it. Say hi to Julien for me.

Wow this place was a great find! The staff was super polite and friendly, which is sometimes hard to find in Paris. The shisha is excellent, the wifi is fast, and they also have a wide variety of food options. The mint tea is amazing!!! If you're in the area for lunch, they also have a nice happy hour. The music and ambience were the cherry on top.

Best chicha place in paris hands down. In a great district and the owner can't be nicer.

A girlfriend and I visited Alchimie upon our first ever trip to Paris. We googled a few different hookah bars in the city and using the "pull a name out of a hat" method ended up choosing this one. Obviously neither of us know anything about the "quality" of the neighborhoods in Paris, but we went late at night and it didn't seem to be the nicest neighborhood. The restaurant itself is really cute, decor-wise. They have a cozy indoor space as well as a fun patio. They have USB ports at every table as well as free WiFi...very tech friendly! They played really great music which added to the vibe. The hookah itself burned well and long. We got the apple flavor and it was a little funky, tasted like licorice. We also ate an awesome dessert that I can't remember the name of (sorry!) The woman with dark hair who works there, I believe she is an owner, speaks fluent English which was really refreshing! The sole reason I can't give Alchimie five stars is because they don't serve any alcohol. Which obviously doesn't affect all customers, if you're strictly sober this place is great! But my girlfriend and I wanted to puff some hookah over red wine! But aside from being boozeless we had a great time here.

This place is adorable! The service is on point, they have an air-conditioned and quaint indoor area which is always a plus in this hot Paris summertime heat. I ordered a pineapple mojito, which wasn't the best in the world...but the presentation was rustic and lovely. Finally, the music and ambiance make for a chill atmosphere--super reminiscent of an evening in a New York borough. My new favorite shisha spot in Paris for sure :-)

as soon as i got in, i knew this is a perfect environment for a hookah place. I was skeptic of the short sheesha but surprisingly, i loved it more than the tall one. their green tea with mint is AMAZING. most of the staff are super NICE. went three times and the sheesha was PERFECT every time. would definitely come again in my next visit to paris.

the ONLY proper chicha bar in paris. you can eat well, drink well (milkshakes, smoothies, tea, non-alcoholic mojitos), and the chicha is great. just stop looking elsewhere, trust me you won't find anything else (i have been looking for three years).
