Breuninger

Love the big store in Stuttgart. They have all the big or high end brand names in the first floor from Hermès to Valentino. Only missing Channel and Louis V . Their Hermès store is small but they carry shoes. Gucci and Prada store are good so e There are 4 floors and the top floor floor hold Karl's kitchen , housewares and luggages like Rinowa , Porsche and Tumi. They carry Ted Baker, Sandro, Herno, Bogner, Add, Tory Burch , Tod's, Chloe etc.
Love shopping in German malls. Even if it's cold outside and snowy, the malls are always warm and cozy that you don't need a jacket inside. Most people leave their jackets in the car and walk around the mall like its summer weather outside. Parking is across the street so you have to go through the underpass. The restrooms are in the 4th floor next to towel and bath area section. I will definitely come back to shop in my BFF stores.

I sent this company a return that was for another clothes store by mistake, alongside my original return. Clearly my error. However, I have contacted them several times by phone and email, providing the proof of delivery of the extra items and asking for their help but they've just completely ignored me on every occasion. The value was 400 euros so a rather significant error on my part. Very disappointing that they have chosen to ignore in hope that it will go away even though they clearly have my items somewhere. I sent emails in English, German and Spanish to be sure this wasn't the issue and they haven't responded once.

The Breuninger store located in Stuttgart is the flagship store and has been located at this location on Marktplatz since 1881. The German retailer has eleven stores in Germany. Breuninger is the second largest private department store in Europe after Harrod's. Breuninger has luxury boutique shops and fashion lines from Gucci, Prada, Chloe, and many other European top designers. Very nice assortment and service. www.e-breuinger.de

Breuninger is the best store in Stuttgart, with excellent sales people and a huge selection in clothes to household items. I have been shopping at Breuninger's for the last 20 years and love the place, well think my wife loves the place I like it, lol.

Prices. Yes, it's true, among the biggest shopping centers in Stuttgart Breuninger is not the cheapest one :) so, it's for those who are ready to pay for a good quality of products.

The one in Sindelfingen is my favorite. This one is nice as well, but since the store is split up into two buildings its very confusing. Great selection and knowledgable staff.

The rudest most unhelpful sales associate. Limited and lackluster inventory. Save your money and go to Munich.
