Look, living in Charlotte for almost 5 years, I expect great things from Chick-Fil-A, and the Schaumburg location doesn't disappoint. Even though I've only experienced drive through interactions, I've been quite happy with the outcomes. Because, well, I leave with bag of tasty chicken. What's not to love?!

The spicy chicken sammich is my personal fave and if you feel like tacking on a few inches to your waistline, try any of their shakes. Totally legit. Waffle fries are solid as is the simple egg and cheese biscuit during the morning hours. So, friendly service, fair prices, double drive through and efficient acquisition of bird sandwiches. That is Chick-Fil-A.

This location is excellent. We came at height of Saturday lunch rush! Drive thru was 8 deep in both lanes, inside had about 100 people! We didn't wait to put our order in and received our meals in less than 5 minutes at our table! Kind courteous stellar service. Place was spotless during the rush and as it subsided workers came out to clean, mop floors and replenish condiments. This team deserves A+++!

I ordered the cool wrap. The flour wrap is filled with grilled chicken, greens, and cheeses. It also comes with their ever so tasty garden herb ranch dressing. The wrap was really good. The price however was a little steep for a small sized wrap. I would stick with their salads with chicken.

3rd time in a row going here and them forgetting items or incorrectly making sandwiches. I'm done with this store. Never returning.

Chick-fil-a remains as one of my favorite fast food spots (next to Popeyes)!

This location in Schaumburg has always been good - they have fast service and the employees are all very nice. When I came here yesterday I got the southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing (such an underrated product at Chick-fil-a) and their chicken tortilla soup. The quality of Chick-fil-a never ceases to amaze me, both meals were super yummy.

The reason I docked 1 star is because of the parking lot and the unclearness of whether the shop is open or not. The parking is relatively small in the front and reserved for curbside pickup only, so if you want to park to get inside the establishment, you will have to park in the back. Also, I can never tell if the restaurant is open indoor or not. I wanted to eat inside yesterday but it looked all boarded up and closed and I didn't want to park all the way in the back just to have it be closed, so I chose drive-thru instead. When I was going into the drive-thru, I noticed 1 family in the store so then I knew it was open.

Overall, I definitely would come to this location again. The food is great and service is amazing!

The drive thru is always fast and give good service. And of course the food is delicious, we arrived early in the mornings for a quick breakfast and it never disappoints us.

They were missing a couple items so i went back and asked for them the latin manager gave me the meanest face and yelled at me saying im lying... i don't recommend this location chick fil a is great but not this particular location lol not worth your patience:(

We've had catering from Schaumburg Chick-fil-a twice now and they do an amazing job. Not only is the food super tasty, it's always hot, bagged and ready on time with all accompaniments.

Definite crowd pleaser.

Shorted me a chicken sandwich on a forty dollar order. Mean whilst the employees are messing around and having a party by the drive thru window. Unacceptable behavior I will not be coming back thanks for ruining my day. Is it so hard to count chicken sandwiches ? The job cannot be simpler.

My food was correct, fast, hot, and handled with care :)

The employee who took care of my order was very very nice and I could tell he really wanted to do his job well - I believe he is :) (The team member name on the receipt is "Jose" but I believe he was wearing a name tag that started with A (maybe Andres?))

Love coming to this particular location because it's close to home. Today I had to leave there returning my because of the poor service the Hispanic supervisor/manager provided. Instead of correcting my wrong order and giving me a fresh sandwich like I asked. The guy just wanted to charge me for the topping to put on it. Knowing that this was an inconvenience, I got no apology. The service from him was so bad I lost my appetite and just asked for a refund.
