I was put off my the bad reviews but decided anyway to venture into the store for the highly coveted Oran sandals that are so cute with everything you'd wear this summer. I was welcomed in and everyone was very friendly. I was led upstairs by a beautiful young lady and helped me try on a pair of two of sandals I could be interested in. Sadly they did not have my size in the sandals but was assured they would call me so I could come back and use my VAT form to purchase. I'm looking forward to coming back. Thank you for the hospitality!

Please, do NOT give this store your business! I should've listened to the yelp reviews, but...
I told the girl who assisted me that I was visiting from the USA, and wanted to buy a gift for someone who lives in Frankfurt. It was important to me that my friend could return the clothing if she didn't love it. The girl told me that there would be no troubles returning the item for a refund and that I could get a tax refund because I was flying back to the USA. Well... both of those answers turned out to be lies. My friend didn't love the gift, so I escorted her back to the store, so that we could find something else. They told me that they never make refunds in Germany. Very upsetting, but at least she found some things in the store, as an exchange. The cherry on top: while flying back to the USA, I went to get a tax refund, and they told me I could not because the item has to leave the country. Terrible experience all around. Please learn from my experience!

I had the worst shopping experience with this Hermes store at Goethestr. 25, 60313 Frankfurt. The SA named Manila (that's what her colleagues called her but that's might not be her real name) made me feel so unwelcomed and humiliated. I asked to see 2 pairs of oran and 1 pair of legend sandals in size 37. Manila who was the SA attending to me went in to the backroom and brought all 3 pairs out. After trying, I realised the 2 pairs of oran didn't fit me & I need half a size bigger. I told Manila about it and her reply was brutal. She said "I'm very busy. I have no time". I was stunned beyond words and I'm a little hurt as i've always been a regular customer of Hermes. It was only after I told her I was really going to buy all 3 pairs that she became more friendly. I eventually left the store with what i needed but feeling extremely unhappy and hurt. I sincerely hope hermes will look into this.
