      Our disposal broke after 12+ years. They arrived when promised and replaced the disposal. That evening we noticed a small but persistent leak. I left a message and the installer called me back quickly to say he'd come back within an hour or less. I said it could wait till the next day. He said he wasn't comfortable with the next day. He returned promptly & stopped the leak. Great Service!

      Trustworthy & Honest! They are old school quality people and excellent plumbers! People make the company and companies like this do not come along often. It is the kind of company you can give access to your home, instruct them as to what services you need or issues you have and trust they will perform the work without question. If it needs to be done, they do it. If it does not need to be done, they don't upsell you. They just inform you. If it can wait, they give you the option. It is nice to be able have this level of comfort with a service provider that works in your home. We have personally had them replace a busted water heater, replace multiple faucets and toilets as well as handle the replacement of a Pressure Reducing Valve for a condo building. If you need a plumber, seriously consider John and his team!

      I discovered a mystery leak in my garage on a Monday night and called Kendrick Plumbing first thing Tuesday morning from the recommendation of a neighbor. They were able to come out the same day with no emergency charge. Christian took a look and told me it was my water heater, as suspected. He wrote up a quote and explained in detail what needed to be done. The price seemed fair and we scheduled the repair for Thursday based on his assessment that it was safe to wait a day.

      Christian arrived on time and promptly got to work. It was a complicated replacement due to the building and needing to bring things up to code and he kept me apprised of the status and didn't leave until the job was complete and I had hot water.

      I was so impressed with their professional service and fair pricings.

      And on the COVID safety side, when Christian arrived for the initial assessment and the service he was already wearing his mask correctly and maintained social distancing with me, even when explaining what had to be done in a space that made social distancing possible if awkward. That may not matter to some, but it matters a great deal to me.

      I highly recommend Kendrick Plumbing for all your needs.

      KENDRICK plumbing was sooooo responsive and offers what many plumbing companies do not. They were able to fix our gas leak in our fireplace that entailed replacing pipes in tight crawl spaces. Christian was so sincere, skilled, thorough, and capable. So grateful we now know about them and I will be asking for Christian in the future!

      I've used Kendrick Plumbing a few times now, for my clients as well as my own home. Each time I have been blown away by their professionalism and genuine desire to help their clients. Christian and Tom have gone above and beyond. Fair prices, quality work. Can't say enough good things about this company. Thanks guys!

      They were consummate professionals from beginning to end. Jordan called prior to arriving, arrived promptly and was outfitted in a mask & shoe covers, as standard procedure (I never had to inform them that my home was a no shoes home). He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful & efficient! This type of customer-centric service is profoundly uncommon today. I will definitely request Jordan for future jobs at my home & refer Kendrick to all my neighbors & friends. Honesty, integrity & professional customer service are rare in many industries today, however I'm so happy that Kendrick Plumbing & Jordan are rare jewels! Kudos! Thank you so much!

      Kendrick Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor. We had gotten three other quotes from other plumbers but Kendrick was half as expensive. They were able to take care of the problem that day, even though it was 5:00 p.m. on a Friday. The two prlumbers were incredibly polite and worked quickly. They even took a gas gift card down to the neighbor who had referred them as a thank you.

      The owner of this company, based on a misunderstanding from his employee, called me a cheat, a liar, asked me if I believed in God, and told me I needed to go before my elders. And yet he was wrong, and his employee confirmed he was wrong. I tried to be reasonable. Even with all this, I've tried to pay, but want a receipt in hand, since I don't trust them. Well, the owner, John, won't let me meet with his employee and won't let me come to his office ("I'll have you arrested" to quote him). If you want the full story, check my full review on google+. Here's a snippet, though. I had told his employee yesterday that I'd pay him directly so I could get a receipt in hand showing paid in full, because I didn't trust to mail a payment or make it over the phone. A little bit after talking with the employee, here's the text I got from the owner. A text!

      "Sir I want you to know that my employee will in no way come back to your house to pick up our money that you owe us and have chosen to cheat us out of. You have our bill. You have our address. If you choose to cheat us that is on you. You lied to me to get extra work done and you have so far not paid us for the original work that you agreed upon. I imagine you never intended to pay us so we will have no further conversation on the matter. You rightfully owe us for the $750 that you agreed to and extra for the pipe you lied to me about. The ball is in your court.
      Good Day"

      The message speaks for itself. Here's the text I sent in reply...

      "I have no invoice! If you ask [employee], he will inform you as he confirmed to me that the invoice is in his truck - it was never given to me.

      You, sir, have serious issues of trust. You jump to conclusions and call people names and judge and sentence them with absolutely no desire to communicate and understand. I have bent over backwards to talk with you, to help you understand, and to pay you. I begged you to take my credit card the first day you called me names. I am willing to pay now, but not without receipt given in hand at time of payment. That is a reasonable request for a variety of reasons, including that [employee] suggested at one point I just pay him. That is not right. Regardless of how poorly you have treated me, all i asked [employee] to do was meet me so i could receive receipt at the time of payment stating the amount was paid in full.

      At this point the ball is squarely in yours. I will not pay without an invoice in hand signed at time of payment. You will not allow your employee to receive payment. You will not allow me to come to your office, since you said you would have me arrested.

      I am sorry you refuse to be reasonable. If you decide to allow [employee] to receive payment , i will make myself available to pay. I want to pay. But i will not do so without a receipt showing paid in full at time of payment, and since [employee] can't receive it and you wont allow me to come to your office, please provide another option. I will meet you and pay you if that works for you.

      You have hurt, insulted and offended me without just cause and yet i am still willing to work with you. I'm sorry its not mutual."

      I feel bad for John, but he's got some anger and trust issues, and I'd stay away from this company. Also, they have several different websites made to look like different companies. Be sure you're not really contacting Kendrick when you're not meaning to. I hope this helps someone else avoid a situation like this.

      Tom and the Kendrick team are awesome! Replaced our old cast iron piping with brand new PVC in under 2 days (along with brand new outbound line and copper piping inside). They are friendly, reasonable, and reliable. Highly recommend!
