If you're looking for a good hair cut in Munich - then I would recommend making an appointment with Victoria!

Oh no 09 Feb 2012Previous reviewSo I have to admit, I would probably give them a 3.5 stars. The reason is that I cannot help but compare them to Salons in America...
After 4 years of living in Germany I finally found a place to get my hair cut which I liked, did a great job & did not charge me 50+ euros for a cut only (no wash or drying)!!! *Side bar: it's around 30 euros here.
Therefore, I am now a loyal customer and am sharing this tiny Schwabing gem with all of you.
I have only ever had my hair cut by Victoria and she does an amazing job. She deals with my bad German (without ever making me feel like it's bad), is very friendly and most importantly I always walk away happy with my hair!
I think usually you can get a walk-in appointment here but if you want someone specific then I would recommend making an appointment. Also, I have no clue because Victoria & I have only spoken German together (she's really a great person to practice with) but I am guessing she also knows English. :-)
Summary: If you're looking for a new hair salon I would recommend Magic Hair (despite the incredibly corny name).
