McDonald's

I finally was responded to regarding my concerns about the local McDonalds location in Winsted CT. Please note that the McDonalds representative did not answer my question. So this issue is NOT resolved. This was the reply I received.

"Good morning, my name is Gisel Cosme and I'm the supervisor for the Winsted McDonald's location. I wanted to reach out for the concern you have about one of the employees appearance in the restaurant. I want you to know we take our customers satisfaction very serious and would like to apologize if you were offended by one of our crew members fashion appearance.

Multiple lip and nose piercings are not a "fashion appearance" - they are an unsanitary and unacceptable appearance for a food service worker. I asked what Mcdonalds policy was regarding facial piercings for their employees. Will you please answer my question? I don't need an apology. I just need to know what to expect when visiting the Winsted CT McDonalds.

Ridiculous! Have to order from a kiosk, that i couldn't figure out, and took 20 minutes to get my meal and I had to repeatedly go to the counter to get my drink! All the teniboppers are busy socializing. What ever happened to human interaction. The kid couldn't even figure out how to make change!

Well I am glad they didn't screw up my #9 two cheeseburger meal with no pickle added bacon, but wth with the fries I ordered a large and a medium to split the meal. The large fries should of just been put in a medium container if that was all they were going to give me and a small container for the medium fries

my chicken sandwich was raw, and the bacon was debatably raw. So I asked for another one and there was almost as much bacon grease as there was ketchup. I used to work at a fast food restaurant it's not that hard. Simply put
the gas station next to McDonalds would be more sufficient.

So this is four stars for a McDonald's, compared to other McDonald's in the area. I've always found it to be clean and condiments well stocked, there's never a big wait for food, and the drive through is open 24/7. I'm not quite sure why on that one, but it has definitely come in handy for a late night drive back from the airport!

Only because 0 wasn't an option. I ordered a cheeseburger with no pickles tonight... I bit into a huge bite full pickles. Okay. I hate that but it happens.

Here's the problem: I went back through the drive through and VERY nicely asked if I could get a new cheeseburger. The guy behind the counter was very nice - of course, no problem, etc. When I open the new burger ... it's my last cheeseburger back with the cheese pulled off and pickles removed. Gross. Seriously?!?!

And of course no receipt in the bag so I don't know who to report. But it was within the last 10 minutes today.

Decent McDonald's that had been updated. Takes COVID seriously and the food was fast and hot. Coffee was great and overall a very clean place.

We ordered a #9 to split.. got home and there is only 1 cheeseburger in the bag with the med fries. Paid cash at the first window, never got a receipt. So I can't really go back asking for the other cheeseburger.

quick and easy stop! everything was correct which was awesome! My daughter got her kids meal and enjoyed her peer rabbitt you. My fiancé and I like our burgers also, quick bite! Only not giving 5 stars cause manager seemed to be frustrated with the employees in front of customers and there were only 3'people in line.
