      I placed an online order about 6 weeks ago and it was never delivered. I rec'd my shipment tracking number but the package remained in a "pre-shipment" state, which means the package was never received by USPS.

      I wrote several emails to the email address they posted on their site but no one responded.

      I called their customer service number 3 times. The first time, I was told they were searching for my order but in the meantime they'd pull the inventory and get ready to ship a full replacement. They never followed up with me. The next two times I called, I got an unhappy employee who told me he didn't work with online orders and that the online person would call me back "right away" although they never did.

      **WARNING**
      a high price doesn't mean high quality. I just recently ordered swimming pants online. $130 brand new swimming pants come with a broken pocket, big hole.

      Although this is their product fault , customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

      If anyone wants to buy swimming pants from this shop, please think carefully.

      Conclusion for this brand.
      - good design.
      - high price with low quality.
      - poor customer service.

      High price with very low quality. This is what I saw when I opened mail box. Broken $130 swimming pants with a big hole.

      I recently made two online purchases from this store and have to say I am very impressed. One package was received the following day while the other was received 2 days later. Two of the items I purchased were the incorrect size so I had to exchange them. Dealing with April through this process was amazing. She made it such an easy experience.

      All of the swim suits are very high quality. I am definitely planning to try some of their other clothing.

      Let's keep this story short. After buying swimsuits from here the past 3 years, I'll never be returning. Let's keep this well deserved 1 star review short. I'll gladly take my business to Charlie bymz

      - Looked online and saw they had a sale. Big summer sale plus a 20% off coupon applied at checkout
      - I called in, asked if I could try on the clothes since they were sale items, and complete my purchase in store with the discount (sizing with swimsuits varies sometimes)
      - Noticed I was overcharged in the store, but couldn't remember the price I saw on my computer back at home. I told the salesperson that there was a discrepancy, but we went with the purchase anyway. I got home, noticed they didn't apply the online coupon and overcharged me $30.

      I then get a call from the owner, Ronen, after I called and asked the salesperson, for a partial refund. He told me that he could do nothing to honor that sale and all sales items are final. Really, after I told him I was about to buy online, and literally walked 10 mins to try it on in the store?

      Hard to believe that a brick and mortar would treat customers like this with the fall of retail business. Horrible customer service! What a shame, to see the fall from a go to Chelsea shop. Next!

      My all time favorite men's boutique in NYC they will give you style like none other! The clothes are amazing and work for all different body types and styles! The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful if you haven't been you have no clue what you are missing out on!

      I recently needed a shirt and thought I'll go to a small shop instead of a chain like Bloomingdales and chose Parke and Ronen. I tried on a shirt and shoes, bought them, took it home to see if it worked with my jacket, it didn't and so wanted to return the shirt. I had it for a grand total of two hours and they wouldn't take it back. No one told me you couldn't return clothes, there was only a tiny sign which I later discovered with 8-point font saying exchange only. This just seems shady not to warn customers and really cheap to have that policy. Two hours? Come on.

      Learned my lesson and won't buy clothes here again. Back to Bloomingdales.

      Buyer beware. Their onerous return policy is an excuse to reject legitimate returns. I've been a customer for years despite the high prices and the inevitable need to sew buttons on securely. I ordered several swim trunks online. One style fit, the other did not. After waiting 2 days for a reply to the 'required' online RMA form, I called the office for an RMA number. I returned the mis-sized items with the tags intact and received photographic 'evidence' that one of the items had been worn. Not by me; and if they were soiled with what looks mysteriously like make-up then that's how I received them. They have refused the return, and have not answered an email request for them to honor their stated return policy. So now I get to waste time writing negative views and disputing the $150 (yup, $150 for men's swim trunks) charge with Amex. Thoroughly disgusted.

      ***DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!***

      I bought some really cool looking swim trunks from Parke & Ronen online weeks ago, but the company that they used for shipping (UPS) delivered it to the wrong address. This was confirmed by both myself and by the Parke & Ronen 'Customer Care' person Eric. After spending weeks going back and forth with UPS and Eric, the only thing that Eric was willing to do was "let" me buy another pair of trunks while they figure out where the original package ended up - as if I would trust them to deliver on anything at this point!

      To you Parke & Ronen folks reading this, let me explain to you what good customer service looks like: when you have both the customer and your shipping company confirming that the delivery was to the wrong address, and that customer never received what was paid for, the first thing you do is replace the item immediately! You can then work out the details with your shipping company later while still maintaining a positive relationship with a new customer. And yes, I understand people commit fraud all of the time, but there is ample evidence that this was absolutely not the case! It is not the responsibility of the customer to insure that what is paid for is delivered to the correct address, that ultimate responsibility is yours. This is especially true if you ever expect that customer to purchasing anything from you in the future.

      I never buy anything from your company again!

      Definitely a great spot for swimwear. Came with my girlfriend and she loved that the owner went out of his way to help pick out a few clothes. The swim shorts and tops here literally make you feel as if you are about to party in a yacht in Monaco somewhere. Will definitely be back or at least order their stuff online if i'm not nearby.

      poor quality garments, bought better quality at k mart. Bought a of pair of shorts and a shirt, there were loose threads and the stitching was off!
