I have used this company extensively for two years, but in early 2017 service has definitely changed. I recently had a set of very expensive sheets ruined by a hot iron. Less than a month later I had the same thing happen to a silk blouse. I sent the blouse back with a letter to the manager. They responded that this was my fault, not theirs. I am canceling my twice weekly service as these two mistakes have cost me 700 pounds in damaged items.

These dry cleaners are irresponsible and incapable of handling anything other than a cheap shirt. They have caused damage to £300 worth of my shirts in one go and refuse to accept responsibility.
Avoid at all costs.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (DOS201…)London, United Kingdom025 Oct 2010
I used this dry cleaners for the first time to dry clean a dress this week. I went in to collect it and was told it would cost £20 (normal day dress, not delicate). I couldnt believe it could cost this much and questioned the price. The lady advised that that was the cost of getting a dress dry cleaned. When I gave her my card and entered my pin she showed me a price list that started at £9 per dress (going up to £20 for an "executive" clean). The lady advised I was being charged the executive charge. I asked her why and stated that I hadnt requested an executive clean (and didnt even know what it was) and she said it was my responsibility to say I didnt want the executive clean. I said that this was not reasonable and the lady simply said "I am no longer serving you, goodbye."
Basically they automatically charge you the highest they can. Caveat Emptor has never been more true!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
