We called Smith's, Mike came for an inspection, took a very close look at the space, gave recommendations, set up traps and came again to seal off entry points we'd never noticed. We discovered a significant amount of mouse droppings in two kitchen cabinets at our house while we were away for a week. We had a mouse problem a month prior, and Orkin came to block the holes in the cabinets. However, it seems they didn't effectively track and block all entry points in the house. With my wife freaking out and having a one-year-old baby, we promptly called the company, and Mike arrived in less than an hour.

Mike investigated the droppings and trails, identifying multiple holes inside the cabinets that Orkin had missed. He sealed all the holes and provided us with some sticky traps. The next day, finding more droppings, we called Mike again. Despite it being a Sunday, he promptly arrived and discovered two mice caught in the traps. He also identified another entry point in a different cabinet and sealed it off. We were greatly relieved after Mike blocked all the holes, shared insights on mouse behavior, and assured us that we should be in the clear. He left with a few more traps placed around the house.

We have been trying to control rats on our own for years but this time, when we couldn't figure out how they were getting into the walls, we called Smith's. Mike was great. He did a thorough inspection of the house and then showed us places we missed. He put in new screens and gave us two traps in the attic. That did the trick and we haven't heard scratching in the walls or trapped any rats since he was here. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional service. Smith's customer service woman is EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL - calling me "Mrs" when I told her repeatedly that I am "Doc" - I earned it and I have 25+ books that I authored in print . .. but Smith's is DISRESPECTFUL AND DEMANDING OF HIGHLY ACCOMPLISHED WOMEN . . .. avoid this "outfit" - there are many other pest exterminators who know who is paying them! These folks gave me and my tenants an EIGHT HOUR WINDOW TO WAIT FOR THEM!!!!!!!! Duh??????/ -Docpotter

They sent Mike out to our house. I already had an estimate from a big co. But it was outrageou$. Mike was very knowledgeable & professional. The work he did was awesome. I would have spent almost 3k and been locked into a year contract w the other co. I'm so happy and I feel so relaxed knowing the rodents are going to get trapped. And best of all I saved a lot of money.

So we have been using Smith pest management for gopher and vole control for a while. They have been excellent. But we recently started seeing mice droppings in our basement and attic. They sent out Mike to help. Mike's service is OUTSTANDING. He came and walked around the house to see where the mice may be getting in from and then set traps in the attic and basement. Mike came to our house every two days to check the traps and add more where needed. We have caught a couple. Mike was checking in regularly to see how the traps were doing. I would recommend Mike and Smith's Pest Management to anyone with indoor and outdoor rodent issues.

I hired Smith's Gopher Trapping Service to catch rats. Brendan Adams set up the traps and came back twice a month to check the traps. Brendan was very professional in every way. There was some nibbling on the bait and one trap activated but no catches. I decided to have the traps picked up after 2 1/2 months.
