I've been coming to this Starbucks for 6 years now. I've never had a bad experience here. The wait times are actually quicker than most other Starbucks; they are always genuinely nice and respectful. They actually get my drink right (it is a very annoying one to make, I'm sure). 5:30 am coffee run today and my drink is so fabulous and hitting the spot! Just want to say thank you all for the consistently great service!

I come here quite often and my drink is always correct ( I have a pretty obnoxious order with several modifications) friendly staff and yeah sometimes the drive-thru can be busy and you have to wait a few mins but... not everything is instant, sheesh! Last I came they were out of the snack I asked for so the substituted one and gave it to me on the house. Great service I'd say! Keep up the great work, Staff! I know working at a busy coffee shop isn't easy. Thanks for your hard work everyday.

It is incredibly hard to get sweetener added to your iced coffee. I've asked them many different ways to try and get
It in there . Hardly ever makes it. Even though they tell me that it comes standard. This morning I asked for 7 pumps for a trenta. They said it comes with 7 standard. My buddy ordered the same exact thing in front of me (drive through) they told him the same thing and neither of us got any sweetener in our coffees. I was told by another employee that not putting it in there is just muscle memory .

This has to be one of the worst starbucks I have ever been to. They can never get orders right. I placed on instore pick up order on our road trip. Barely had time to make a stop. I walked in, no one working acknowledged me. I grabbed my order and said thank you, they didn't look in my direction or say anything. We got on the hwy when I realized that my drink didn't have any espresso in it and was in the wrong sized cup. So I didn't get my well needed and expensive coffee drink. They can't seem to stick to their work hours either. Seems like Starbucks has completely fell off their quality. Maybe they need a new store manager to get the store up and running.

This place is great, I love the atmosphere. Honestly, I don't do Yelp reviews, but the most amazing employee greeted and thanked everyone as she multitasked while sweeping. She smiled and you could just tell that she made everyone's day a little sweeter. Her name was Kate I asked and thanked her for making this Starbucks one that I feel at home while studying. She needs a raise.

Leaving negative reviews is not something I enjoy, but leaving honest reviews is important to me. This Starbucks location is not kne I have had great luck at lately. This morning was the final start for me. I sent in a mobile order with three items and each one had an issue. Granted, my drink missing whipped cream is minor on the grand scheme of life issues so not really a big deal. But when both of my food items are literally incorrect items, that's where I draw the line. I hope my photos upload with this review. Along with my drink this morning, I ordered a cranberry bliss bar but instead received a cheese Danish. Not sure how you mess those up. I also ordered a double smoked bacon breakfast sandwich but was given a sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich. In addition to receiving incorrect food items, I received food items that were lower price points than what I paid for. I've had similar issues like this at this location in the past. Also not sure how you mess this up at 5:30am when the store is not slammed or super busy with an influx of orders - they had just opened. Unfortunately I didn't realize the mishap with the food until I had already left and was stuck with it. Needless to say, this is why I rarely frequent this location. Their staff needs to slow down and read the print outs and pay attention to what they are doing. Last time I sent a mobile order here my food item magically disappeared before I showed up and they had to make another one. Again, first world problems, but not exactly what you hope for when you send in a mobile order and you are trying to get to work early in the morning. There are definitely better local options to choose for coffee, even as early as 5:30am than Starbucks, and I would rather take my business elsewhere.

Meagan was super helpful today. I wanted info on my drink order and she helped me navigate the app to find exactly what I needed and then she patiently waited and chatted with me while I found the right drink for my dietary needs. I really appreciate her kindness.

Drive thru Starbucks it was very busy when we pulled into the line but it did move fairly fast our order was correct and the barista was perfect.

Ugh. The workers here are usually pretty nice, but this location is ALWAYS out of everything. ALWAYS. They never get my husband's order right (a 'black iced coffee plain' will still end up with sweetener in it), and the service, while friendly, is very slow as well. Expect to wait in a long line only to be told they are out of everything you want. Heads up, the downtown location is just as bad, if not worse.
