A good sizes branch of Lloyds TSB with all the services, plenty of counters and desks you can get information at/change details etc. They even have a triple cashpoint lobby inside which is available 24 hours a day. Sometimes very useful.
There can be queues inside especially at lunchtimes but they go through customers pretty quickly and have always been helpful when I've been in there!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (xMIN…)Southampton, United Kingdom216918 Jan 2009Updated review
This is quiet a big Lloyds TSB branch with cash machines both outside and just inside the entrance so the queues for these are not normally long.
When I go in there is always a queue for the customer services and the cashier desks. They now have a ticket system for the customer service where you take a ticket with a number on and they call your number when it is your turn.
Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been given some information one day and told I was given the wrong information the next time.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 015 Nov 2008Previous reviewNormally busy and I have to queue for quite a while to speak to customer services or to go to the cashier. It is quite a big bank and you can get a ticket and then wait for the customer services. Some of the staff are really helpful and some aren't. They have a few cash machines outside and a few just inside the doors as well.

As bank branches go, this one is pretty unremarkable.
Situated on the outside of the town centre (if that makes any sense), they have one external cash-point and a couple of counter staff who are always helpful and friendly.
They don't require an interview (unlike Abbey) if you want to open a bank account, and the branch is in pretty a pretty reasonable state of decorative order throughout.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Qype User (Catsal…)Aberdeen, United Kingdom1377726 Dec 2008
Probably the biggest branch in Aberdeen with enough tills to accommodate this but the size seems to dilute the personality so it seems more procedural like you are more of a number instead of a human being they are speaking to. They have everything available here that you could want but are busy with appointments and being a very central branch is handy if you work in the centre but not for parking.

I currently bank with this branch and I have to say I am always very pleased with the service. The staff are very friendly and helpful and do not try to make you upgrade your account if it does not suit your needs. I would recommend this company to anybody wanting not to be constantly hassled by their bank.
