      Went there today to pick up a Blu Ray player. The guy pointed me to the back corner and said "they're there. He did not help me look for one, or even accompany me to show me where they were. I got over there and not one of them had a price, or a tag with any details. There were five people on the floor; three were chatting together, one was the guy who pointed them out to me and was now helping the person who came in after me, and one at the counter doing nothing. No help at all. Was a loyal customer before, but I'm not spending my money there again.

      Walked in and was greeted nicely. Looked for a bit and couldn't find what I needed. Another sales person came up (Hunter Peddle according to receipt) helped me with what I needed. I asked for some extra stuff and he helped me look it up on the computer. Was very friendly. I am surprised with all the bad reviews but those were long ago so hopefully even things out.

      Tried to buy appliances at the Langley store. Customer service was terrible. Let me put it this way.... I canceled the order and with GREAT difficulty got my money back before I could get a confirmation the appliances were shipping. Salesman blamed me???? Honestly brutal

      So after paying over $300 for a car deck and installation, and specifically explaining to the worker at visions that i needed an RCA cable run from my deck to my amplifier, and after they charged me for that service, i come home from the shop to look at their work and they didn't touch the RCA's so i call to ask why it was not done, and why they didn't tell me they didn't do it, his answer was "i'm calling you now to let you know now." i responded, "No, i called you". He then gave me some BS about how i was not specific enough, and I told the guy the same thing i told them last week as i paid for the install that was today, "I wanted my RCA plugs ran from head unit to my amplifier" how can that be said any simpler?????after i finally got him to say it was their mistakes by "dropping the ball" i was told I will have to pay for their mistakes.

      (UPDATE: Further inspection I have found that they busted the back plastic bracket off the wood finish of my BMW 330i and failed to mention that too me. I noticed as the panel was not flush with the glove box piece, and lightly pushed on it to see it loose.)

      Terrible customer service. I was told the car sterio purchased came with free installation, then I came back and asked to be put on the waitlist fir an install and it was suddenly a $75 charge. I was cut off and spoken too rudely when I questioned the manager about what I was told, then he walked away. What an absolute d**k. Seems like people have had the same experince. Won't ever be returning.

      EDIT:

      The only nice person in there was the cellphone guy who was on till since there was (satisfyingly) nobody there. Saying the "manager" should be fired is an understatement. I could pull an ape off the street with manners and half decent social skills and train him to be a better manager than him. What a joke.

      Worst service I've ever had. Made the mistake of going with their 5 year extended warranty on my tv ($270). After a year and a half my tv screen ended up cracking when i moved it from one room to another. (didn't drop or bang it into anything) Called to get warranty. They sent Tonys tv to look at it. They came and looked and said i physically damaged it. And that visions would call me to let me know the verdict. They never called so i called on Wednesday before Black Friday, they said that the person who deals with warranty wasn't in and wouldn't even have time to speak to me until the next week. Called back on Monday after and it was their day off so they told me to call back again. Finally got ahold of them on the Wednesday after. They told me they wouldn't do anything for me and that if i wanted to further inquire that they would have their head office call me. They ended up calling me the following week on Monday. After explaining my frustration with the customer service and asking why they wouldn't warranty it. Jim (head of warranty for all of Visions) told me that I must have done something to it and it wasn't their problem. I told them i wanted my extended warranty money back since they wouldn't do anything for me. He told me that they wouldn't do that. I asked him if they would waive the 3.5 years left on my extended warranty to get me to go back in the store to use the rebate on a new tv. He said no he wouldn't do that. And that I would have to wait until my warranty was up for the rebate. I am beyond disgusted with their service and how much fighting I had to do just to even get an answer from them.

      I ordered a speaker install for my car and when I showed up for the appointment the technician wasn't there. After waiting around for 15 minutes they finally told me that they had no idea when the installer was going to arrive. I requested a refund and the manager was very rude about the situation. He acted as though I was supposed to wait around for however long it may take for their technician to arrive. The manager reluctantly gave me a refund without so mush as an apology for the complete waste of my time. Don't waste yours. Don't bother going there. Terrible customer service.

      Terrible! I had a back up camera installed, very expensive (to the tune of $200 ona $30 camera)! When I left my bluetooth speaker wasnt working. Brought it back and was told it was fixed ... drove away and it wasnt working! Called and was told it needs replacing. They let me leave there thinking it was fixed!!! Still have not received a call back with a quote for a new one and its been over a month. No one took responsibility! Run by a bunch of immature teenagers sitting around on their phones. Will NEVER go back.

      Dont waste your time and money .. find someone else.

      What a terrible service, they are quick to take your money but 6 months down the line when a product is still suppose to be under guarantee they are less willing too accommodate you and there attitude sucks they are very rude .never ever buy from them. They don't stand behind there product and there exact words were we did not make it and they don't care. I will NEVER GO THERE again

      Went to buy a TV, we were sold a display model without knowing... it was completely damaged. We went to return it and they didn't have any more in stock, so they upgraded us to the next model up. The TV was still damaged, returned it again and decided to try a different TV brand completely. We asked to speak to the manager who was completely rude and dismissive claiming that we didn't know that the TV was damaged because we didn't know anything about TVs. Manager said he was too busy to deal with us and passed us off to someone else who didn't even know anything about TVs. Manager should be fired!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE and HORRIBLE product!!! Will never shop at Visions ever again!
