A little late in reviewing, but it was so positive and enjoyable, that I had to share the good news.

This is an excellent addition to the varied cuisine options available in East Kowloon. This restaurant sits on the top floor of the Crowne Plaza, and has an outside, rooftop area for drinks and/or dining.

We dined here three times during our stay, enjoying the afternoon tea, the antipasto buffet, and also dinner a la carte.

Neighbourhood gem. In Tseung Kwan O, I sure wasn't expecting to find such a classy restaurant on the top floor of a high rise with floor to ceiling windows and almost unobstructed views of Victoria Harbour!

Cielo is an Italian restaurant and bar perched sky high on top of Crowne Plaza Kowloon East. It also serves as the hotel's club floor lounge. You can get there via Popcorn Mall.

The vibe is chilled, quiet and relaxed. The trendy bar outside looks exactly like a classy hotel bar in Koh Samui. It's decked out in brown and white rattan chairs and tables and I felt like I was on a tropical island!

Service is so-so. Nothing bad but nothing to write hom about.

Food is okay. The afternoon tea set is not great (eg the macaroons were hard and chewy). But savoury courses such as lunch and dinner are alright.
