I was 10 min late to an appointment and just missed the call from the manager. I understand I was late and would have been perfectly fine if he had told me that due to my late arrival, they would have to reschedule me. However, he was rude off the bat and annoyed that I didn't answer the phone call. He said that he had a big party coming in afterward and again, I would have been fine if they would have shortened my time. Unfortunately, he was so off putting that I decided that it wasn't even worth my time and business.

Several negative experiences. I do not recommend it; the service is poor quality, the manager is disrespectful, the gel or regular manicure is poor quality, and just 2/1/2 days after the service, the color comes off, the manager gets upset, and they mistreat the clients.
It's very unfortunate to pay money and lose it due to bad service and zero quality control. They should learn how to treat neighborhood and adjacent customers.

Just paid 70 dollars for a "dip manicure with soak off" that was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. My nails look so bad, not enough coats of the powder were applied so you can see through it. The entire process took 25 minutes and started with her peeling off my old dip manicure with a fake nail, i have never not had them soaked off.
I am so disappointed and my nail tech was so rude that I didn't even bother asking her to fix anything. I prefer not to deal with confrontation while I am paying for a service and it was clear she wasn't happy I was there.
70 bucks and a tip later I hope I can save someone else from having such a terrible experience and having to pay for it!!!! Total bummer.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

So disappointed!! The dip is so thick it looks ridiculous. Then he used the wrong color dip and decided to paint gel over it AFTER I said it was the wrong color!! He made the mistake of the color then charged the price of the gel when it was his fault!! I am so disappointed and embarrassed with how my nails look!! I will not be returning or sending anyone to this place!!!
ADDENDUM: If I could give negative stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HUMILIATED AND SCREAMED AT BY MANAGEMENT!!! After being upset with the manicure the salon offered to fix which I was very happy for, however when I got there I was yelled at by the manager and told it was my fault it was messed up. When I told them after being yelled at I just wanted a refund the manager preceded to come to my face and yell at me more in front of the entire salon about how dare I ask for a refund. I completely shut down and was crying in front of other customers and was humiliated, yet I remained extremely respectful and was never rude. Another tech tried to apologize for his behavior and I told her she did not need to apologize for his behavior and it was not her fault. I would have been happy with staying and fixing things until I was screamed at like a child and completely humiliated!!! Apologizes from our team as our salon manager was away on vacation and the acting manager was not as helpful to your situation. Yikes! Really is not a clean space! I would think they are required to be inspected. I scheduled a manicure and massage. I got a mini manicure and no massage. Thankfully she didn't charge me for it. I was ready to get out of there so didn't bother me not mentioning again. I canceled the pedicure I had a scheduled because of how everything was so dirty.

I called to make a same-day appointment and they were able to get me in right away. Kevin was very gentle and I was never pressured to get any additional services. He did exactly what I asked for and I was so pleased with the results I booked my next appointment with him!

Got a full set by Kevin. Went there first thing on Saturday morning. This is bubble bath. The thickness of the acrylic wasn't too much. I feel like everything is even. Very satisfied.

I came here to get my nails done before I left for my trip over seas! I went and was seated right away. Ayda did my nails and was so sweet and did a great job! I was trying to find a color they didn't have anymore and she helped me even look, sadly had to settle for another option which still looked beautiful. Next step is my trip!
