Scheduled delivery with them is a disaster. Don't trust that it will come within the time window they give. Don't trust that it will come there even that day.

The driver carrying my items called and said he was ten minutes away. No one came. No one answered the phone. I called the store and after being put on hold for a half hour, they tell me the driver never picked up the items in the first place. Delivery was rescheduled the next day.

The same guy calls the next day, outside of the time window, and drops off the items. It was the same guy from before that I spoke to on the phone, so I asked him what happened. He said his truck broke down, and that his phone also broke. From what the store told me, I knew that none of that was true, and it gave me real pleasure to ridicule him for lying to my face.

My work got delayed for a day and I'll probably waste a couple more hours lodging a complaint. I wouldn't usually waste my time complaining, but this was truly insane.

I spent a few minutes guessing the password to my long-dormant Yelp account just to make this positive review. I did so because of the excellent food and excellent service. It's really cool to see a historic building brought to life with such care. So stop whatever you're doing and go eat here, and maybe it will be so good that you reactivate your old Yelp account too!

My friend gave me a free trial. I ordered something to arrive on Thursday. Never came. Lasership wouldn't leave it at my door, despite doing so with other packages in the past. Same thing happens Friday. Today is Saturday, and I'm curious if there's going to be package of rotten food delivered to me. I say "curious" because I really don't know; customer service never responded to my email.

Thanks for nothing, you clowns.

EDITED: They sent me another week, so we'll see what happens this time. Three stars in the mean time.
