This place is an armpit. It stinks. The waitstaff was okay but didn't treat us like they did the "regulars". I wouldn't go back.

This place is a joke. The people who work here wish they could be actual baristas. The syrups and overall quality of their coffee products are pretty subpar- especially compared to their plentiful competition in Ferndale. They only seem to care to interact with familiar faces- so good luck if you are a first time customer. Do yourself a favor and drive to ANY other coffee shop on the area...I mean ANY...even McD's will give you a better cup o joe...

I've stopped by this store twice now in the past 5 years.

My first experience: I was met with a staff member that could not do their job because their Baby Bjorn (containing their actual baby)was impeding them in ringing up my purchases which I found both odd and irritating.

My second attempt at trying to patronize this business I thought buying a gift card to a LOCAL small business was the right thing to do as a baby gift for a colleague who was expecting. What was offered to me was a gift card with no gift card envelope and the staff gaslighting me by telling me it really wasn't a big deal that they didn't have one and didn't understand why I would request it / or need one. Not exactly the point. A better response would have been to apologize the inconvenience, but whatever.

Bottom line - the staff rubbed me the wrong way. No real sense of customer service.

I'm done. The owners are pieces of work too. Never again...

This shop is amazing. The vibe is soo welcoming and the small focused menu helps you move thru the line.
Staff is super friendly- and I love the cozy feel of the place. It is great for chilling & catching up with friends or bringing in the kiddos to play while you sip your coffee on a Saturday morning.

Gay friendly...Family Friendly...just all around cool folks running this joint!

I really love this place- I highly recommend you patronize this establishment instead if some of the other coffee offerings here in Ferndale. ( I'd especially avoid the coffee shop with owners who are unapologetically Trump supporters located on E Nine mile )

It is most definitely worth the stop to check it out and enjoy some time to relax in this cool atmosphere.
